MyToyFile has great regard for user privacy. No personal information is collected by MyToyFile. Any data you choose to enter into MyToyFile is kept locally on your own iOS device. MyToyFile has no access to your data or any personal information unless you explicitly choose to share any information for the purposes of support.

MyToyFile may request access to your on-device camera and photo library. This is only done to enable the user to add images for better utilisation of the app’s features for an enhanced user experience. None of this data is sent or collected by MyToyFile unless at some point the user chooses to explicitly share their data beyond MyToyFile.

MyToyFile uses Apple’s iCloud services for keeping the data created on the app up-to-date on all your iCloud enabled devices ( please refer to Apple’s privacy policy at https://www.apple.com/privacy/ )

MyToyFile does allow you to share your data through various means to many other destinations such as other 3rd party cloud server, other computers, other users, email, etc. None of this shared data is encrypted by MyToyFile.

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such change, update or modification on the App, which will be effective immediately. Your continued use of MyToyFile will signify your acceptance of these changes.

Under no circumstance shall we have any liability to you for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of use of our website or our mobile application or reliance on any information provided on the website or our mobile application. Your use of the site and our mobile application and your reliance on any information on these platforms is solely at your own discretion.
